PV Conference Table

The firm was established in 2013 with the merger of two successful public accounting practices. We have experienced rapid growth in providing audit, tax and accounting services to small businesses, mid-market and not-for-profit clients. That growth is attributable to our focus on delivering more seasoned and experienced services than competitors. Many firms use their client base with under $25 million in revenue as a training ground for their first year associates. However, these organizations are the ones that usually have fewer overall resources and therefore need a higher level of attention and expertise from their advisors. Our senior partners have an active role on each engagement and provide tailored advice and solutions for our clients.

The firm is based in Charlotte, North Carolina and has clients across the nation with a regional focus in the north and southeast. The firm partners have combined over 35+ years in public accounting experience, conducting over 400 audits and preparing thousands of tax returns for clients ranging from $100 thousand to $100 million in revenue across a broad spectrum of industries. Our services focus not only on the accounting and tax issues, but also organizational processes. This includes identifying where the inefficiencies are, where risks may be present and then communicating opportunities for efficiency and risk mitigation to our clients.
The firm serves clients across a range of industries, including

  • Property management
  • Professional firms
  • Technology
  • Construction
  • Real estate
  • Not for profit
  • Membership and business associations
  • Healthcare

The primary goal of the firm is to deliver the highest quality service to our clients in accordance with professional standards. We have adopted an internal quality control policy to ensure that the quality goal is met. The firm is enrolled in a peer review program in which an independent firm performs a system review of the firm’s quality control policies and procedures. Continuing professional education is an ongoing component of the firm’s quality control procedures, the purpose of which is to guarantee that our clients are receiving the most up-to-date recommendations, guidance and best practices in their respective industry or sector.
